日曜に始まったこの2ヶ月計画、首都の330万台の車の半分が道路から交互に取り除かれる。走行できる日は車のナンバープレートの末尾が偶数か奇数かによって決まる。禁止された日に車を運転して捕まった場合14ドルの罰金が課される…
久々にワロタ。これは一体… ナンバープレートの末尾でグループ分けって。よく暴動起きなかったな。Yahooのリンク先を見ると地下鉄が超満員な写真が載っている。まあそうなるよね。

暫定的な規制であるということで中国人も諦めて、就業時間をずらすなど融通をきかせている。じゃないとみんな怒っちゃうもんね。
オリンピックに向けて空気を綺麗にしよう！っていう姿勢は素晴らしいと思うけど、開幕2ヶ月前からスタートってのがなんとも中国らしい。2ヶ月でどれだけ効果がでるのか見ものだ。
